These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xx399 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "you"). By visiting the xx399 website or creating an account, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms.

If xx399 detects unusual activity on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account during the investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xx399 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports only the following payment methods:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's account is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

xx399 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. The following terms apply to these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• A bonus is only for the person in whose name the account is registered; if multiple members of the same household claim a bonus from the same device or network, it may be subject to review.
• xx399 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer, but bonuses already legitimately earned will not be cancelled.
• If evidence of any unusual betting pattern or manipulation to obtain a bonus is found, the bonus may be forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on xx399:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, xx399 reserves the right to void that bet.
• The use of match fixing, insider information, or any unfair advantage in sports betting is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots, scripts, automated software, or AI-assisted tools in gaming is prohibited.
• Hedging risk by placing bets through multiple accounts on the same match ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game, the result recorded by the game provider shall be considered final.

The VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier, and those benefits are also subject to these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure, and all balances may be forfeited:

• Hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or betting system ("exploits").
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Impersonating xx399 staff or providing a false identity.

If xx399 finds evidence of such conduct against a user, it reserves the right to pass information to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xx399 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is intellectual property owned by xx399 or its licensors.

• Copying, republishing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without written permission from xx399 is prohibited.
• Limited storage of information for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
• xx399's trademarks or brand name may not be used without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

xx399 makes every effort to keep its platform uninterrupted and secure, but xx399's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by technical failures, internet disconnection, or the failure of third-party services.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence or use of the account by an unauthorised person.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or a pandemic.
• xx399 will not provide any compensation for financial losses from gaming or betting.

In any case, xx399's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

Changes to Terms and Account Termination

Changes to Terms: xx399 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Closure — By the User: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing.

Account Closure — By xx399: In the event of a breach of terms, fraud, or any other unethical activity, xx399 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited and xx399 will not be liable for any compensation.
